No, you don’t need to pay a fee for customizing your NFT. You can customize your NFT as many times as you want for free.
Click on the "Connect" than click on the "My account" button. Click on the "Rent out" button next to your registered NFT.

When you rent NFT, you can change the following information.
You may use the script “Web’s first Metadata Service” for marketing.
If someone registers to the site using your link, they get 20% discount, you earn 20%. For example; they pay 0.008 ETH instead of 0.01 ETH. The contract immediately transfers 0.002 ETH to your wallet when this person pays the registration fee. You receive payments immediately for new registrations.
Web3's First Metadata Service uses Double Protocols. The system uses ERC721A(NFT Standard) and ERC4907(NFT Rental Standard) protocols together.
